now install it in your Windows PC
after successful installation it will fetch 4 libraries in your PC and it will take some time
when it will get the supported game libraries then it will show those games on your app homepage
you can see your achievement progress there if you have previously got any achievements in that game and if you have not unlocked any achievements till date then you will get achievements while playing the game

you must remember that if you want that achievement to pop-up while you are playing your game, then you have to turn off your PC game mode from Xbox Settings and put your game on borderless full-screen or windowed mode.
